Storytelling has been with us since the dawn of humankind, of course. But I encountered storytelling as an art some 15 years ago, and was blown away by the simplicity and power of a well told story - by its ability to connect. Inspired to started telling, I practised, collaborated, got some training, and as I have developed I have found stories in every corner of my life.
For 35 years I worked in healthcare, and in recent years have used stories and storytelling techniques in my interactions with service users and colleagues, in workshops for education, for communication skills and for wellbeing. 
I also have accredited qualifications in education, workplace mediation, and executive coaching.
